Ingredients - Wheatflour Soyabean For granules - Soyabean tomatoes 2 bigonion 1 big green chilli -2 garam masala powder lal mirch powder turmeric and salt as per tasteMethod - For aata - In a bowl take wheat flour add ajwain oil and salt and mix then add water and knead a soft dough and cover and allow it to restFor granules - Soak soyabean for 20 mins then boil it little and remove extra water allow it to dry Then put it in mixer and crush to granules Then in kadhai add oil pinch of hing asafoetida jeera and then add onions saute it then add tomatoes saute it then add all the masala that mentioned above and salt Filling - Take a small portion of dough flat it on pin board then add stuffings of Soya granules and roll it from all side and by pressing little bit flat it little more and then keep it on tawa Allow to cook on one side then apply oil or ghee and flip to another side once cooked served with pickle or curd Its a healthy dish as it is made with aata and soyabean is rich in protein

Wheat dumplings in Lentil Soup recipe Good for digestion and a one pot meal For preparing Wheat Dumpling- 1 cup Wheat Flour 12 tsp Salt as required Water For Lentil Soup 1 cup ArharToor Dal to taste salt 14 tsp heengasafoetida 12 tsp Turmeric powder For garnishing- 1 tbsp Ghee 1 medium onion Wash the pulse and soak for half and hour Add turmeric salt and heeng to dal Pressure cook it for 3-4 whistles Mean while knead a dough Take small balls from dough roll it like poori To shape it into dumplings lift from four corners and join them in the center so 4 loops are formed taking a butterfly shape Open the pressure cooker lid and mix the dal It should be smooth and thin just like soup Add a cup of water and simmer on low heat Now add all dumplings into dal and simmer for 12-15 mins It depends how thin you rolled poori For Garnishing Heat ghee in a pan add chopped onions and cook on a low flame till golden brown Wheat Dumplings in Lentil soup is ready to serve Serve hot
