Recipe Name Chocolate nutty dumplings

Ingredients 1 bowl Aashirvaad wheat flour bowl hot water 3 tbsp chocolate peanut butter Handful of mixed nuts I used cashews almonds walnuts raisins and cranberry oil butter for greasing 4-5 almonds thinly sliced 3-4 tbsp chocolate syrup Procedure 1 Knead the dough with hot water Roll out the dough on a floured surface and knead until smooth and wrap it in a polybag or ziplock bag Keep aside for 15 mins 2 Crush all the nuts coarsely and mix with chocolate peanut butter to make stuffing 3Roll circles about 4-5 from dough Put the stuffing in the center 4To assemble the dumplings add roughly 1 heaping tablespoon of filling to the center of a dumpling wrapper With your finger lightly coat half of the outside of the wrapper with water Fold the moistened half of the wrapper over the filling and using your fingers pleat the edges to seal Repeat with the remaining fillings and wrappers 5Grease the dumpling maker with butter or oil Place the dumpling and steam for 25- 30 mins 6 Serve it hot

Ingredients 3 cups whear flour3 tbsp ghee 3 cups sugar 2 cups water12 cup almonds12 cup cashewnuts12 cup pistachio10-12 cardamom 2 tbsp cordamom powder Recipe -In a heavy bottom pan roast wheat flour adding 3 tbsp warm ghee and make smooth mixture on low medium until light brown- Make sugar syrup in an another pan by adding sugar and water in it Bring it to a simmer and cook until the sugar has dissolved-Add Sugar syrup in roasted flour and continuosly stir the mixture to avoid any lump formation-Add chopped cashew nuts almonds in the mixture maintaining smooth consistency-Cool it down Rest it aside for 30-40 minutes-Take the modak mould greece the mould from inside with ghee and stuff the misxture in it Press it gently -Take out the modak carefully from the mould-Garnish it with pistachio and serve

Instead of using the regular maida I decided to use Aashirvaad atta to make my malpuas this morning It is the easiest and a pretty healthy option to satisfy your sweet cravings Gets made in fifteen minutes-1 Mix together a cup of atta half a cup of sooji and a quarter cup sugarjaggery2 Add saunf powdered cardamom and chopped raisins and mix it with the dry ingredients 3 Gradually add about a little more than a cup of warm milk Mix everything well till it forms a nice runny batter4 Rest the batter for atleast 10 minutes and the youll find it has grown a little thicker than before 5 Heat a thick layer of oil in a pan on low heat setting and deep fry the malpua batter6 Dust some powdered sugar on top and serve hot You can also dunk them into sugar syrup if you like yours sweeter

200 g dark chocolate cup butter1 cup sugar cup curd yogurt1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup Aashirvaad Atta12 cup maidha cup cocoa powder tsp baking powder tsp baking soda tsp salt cup milk cup slivered almonds 1 Take roughly chopped dark chocolate and butter in a microwave safe bowl and melt for 30 seconds in medium heatMix and repeat again or until the chocolate melts completely2 Add sugar to the bowl and stir well until sugar dissolves3 Now add curd and vanilla extract Mix well until the mixture turns smooth and silky4Sieve attamaida cocoa powder baking powder baking soda and salt in a seperate bowlMix the slivered almonds to the flour5 Add the flour mix to the melted chocolate mix in two batchesMix well using cut and fold method6 Add milk little by little and mix until the batter has a smooth thick consistency taking care not to over mix7 Transfer the batter into a greased and dusted square cake mould Garnish with some more almonds on topbake at 180 degree celsius for 25-30 minutes 8Allow to cool and cut into squares Enjoy

100 GMs of Aashirbad atta 50gms unsalted butterCocco powder 2 tsp Sugar powdered 2 tsp Salt a pinchChilled milk 14 cup Vanilla essence Fresh fruits for serving Greek yogurt flavours Mix flour butter sugar salt ingredients in a food processor in two parts one for chocolate flavour with chocolate powder Another part with vanilla Add milk little by little to form a dough Then freeze the two parts in freezer for 30 mins After 30 mins bring out the dough and start to flatten it when little soft Place the tarts in tart mould and cut sides then pork the dough with a fork so that it doesnt rise Also we will do blind bake use kidney beans on top of tart to pressure bake Bake for 180 c for 15 minutes then remove the beans and bake for another 10 mins Once the tarts are ready server with chilled flavoured greek yogurt or hung curd and fresh fruits Its kinda friendly dish
