Ingredients 1 leftoverfresh medium sized chapathi7-8 mixed nuts seeds3 Dates soaked for 15 minutes14 tsp Cardamom powder optionalMethod Coarsely pulse the nuts and place it in a bowl Tear the rotichapathi into 7-8 pieces Add the chapathi pieces soaked dates into a mixer jar and blend for 20-30 seconds do not overdue else it will become a paste Add in the coarsely ground nuts to this mixture and make balls out of this mixture Its easy to roll when warm else apply a drop of ghee on palms and roll you can roll the balls in cocoa powderdesiccated coconutnuts powder to make it look attractive for the kidsyou can check this recipe video on my instagram profile happilyy_fit

Knead a dough using Aashirvaad attapinch of salt 1 tsp oil and water Make small circular parathas of it Now for the tikki mash 2 boiled potatoes and combine finely chopped green chillies 1 no ginger garlic paste 1 tsp dhaniya grated carrot boiled peas 1 tbsp atta and mix it together Make tikki and shallow fry them on medium flame till crisp Now take the circular parathas fold them into half apply ketchup mayonnaise on one side Place the tikki and put grated cheese cheese slice on top along with onions Toast it on a pan for a few minutes from both sides using little oil till it become crisps and the cheese melts Your taco tikki is ready

Recipe Name Potato Gnocchi in a red sauce with soinach

Ingredients1 12 cup aashirwad atta1 egg2 medium potatoes boiled and skinnedSalt and pepper to tasteMix the egg and grated potatoes with the atta to make a soft and sticky dough Add a tsp of water at a time if requiredSet aside for an hour Remove after an hour and make 2 inch roundles of the dough Cut 1 inch pieces from the roundels These pieces can be cooked as is or shaped in the traditional gnocchi form with the help of a forkDust these little pillows of dough with some extra atta and set aside to dry You can even make abig batch and freeze them for later use They last in the freezer for 2 monthsTo cooktuw gnocchi - take a deep bottomed pan and fill it 34ths with water and add salt and a teaspoon of oil Cover and let it come to a boil When the water starts boiling away drop the gnocchi pieces in batches and cover and cook for 3-4 minutes till they start floating to the top Remove and reserve Make sureyou dont crowd the pan with too many piecesFor the sauce -I used a ready to eat pastasauce it can be made fromscratch as well Start by sauteing chopped onions and garlic in butter till they release a wonderful aroma Now add chopped spinach and fry till the spinach loses all its moisture Add the cooked gnocchi and saute till they are well coated with the butter and turn slightly toasty and brown Now add the store bought pasta sauce and add salt chilli flakes andor Italian seasoning according toyour taste Thats it Yummylicoius gnocchi ready
